These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales made on the website https://www.wheellow.com (hereinafter "the Site"), published by Dorian Rastello , micro-entrepreneur.

2. Products
Wheellow sells spare parts, accessories, equipment, and helmets for electric scooters . Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.
The photographs are indicative and may show slight variations depending on the screen.
3. Prices and currencies
The prices displayed on the Site are offered in all currencies supported by Shopify . The customer can select their preferred currency.
The final transaction is always debited in EUR (€) , in accordance with Shopify's operation, with automatic conversion according to the current rate.
4. Order
The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Any order placed on the Site constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Wheellow reserves the right to refuse any order in case of suspected fraud or payment problem.

All transactions are secure. Wheellow does not store any banking information.
6. Delivery

6.3 Free delivery
Free delivery on orders over €70 — only in Europe.
6.4 Delivery Times
- France: up to 7 business days
- Europe: up to 8 business days
- International: up to 10 business days
6.5 Reception
It is the customer's responsibility to check the package upon receipt. Any anomaly (open package, damaged product, etc.) must be reported to the carrier and Wheellow within 48 hours.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The products must be:
- not used
- unmounted
- ideally in the original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the reason for the return is not due to a Wheellow error (e.g., compatibility issue due to misreading the product description).

8. Non-returnable products
The following products may be refused upon return if used:
- parts already assembled or damaged by the customer
- products that have been improperly installed
9. Warranty
Wheellow only applies the legal 2-year guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
Consumables (inner tubes, tires, brake pads, etc.) are subject to normal wear and tear and are only guaranteed in the event of a manifest defect upon receipt.
10. Responsibility
Wheellow cannot be held responsible:
- of an incorrect assembly carried out by the client
- damages related to misuse of the scooter
- of an incompatibility if the product information sheet has not been read correctly
11. Personal data
Data processing is described in Wheellow's Privacy Policy .
12. Force majeure
Wheellow cannot be held responsible in the event of unforeseen events making it impossible to perform the contract (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.).
13. Mediation – Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
