Deliveries & Returns
Welcome to the Wheellow page dedicated to delivery, returns and cancellation conditions . We make every effort to guarantee fast, reliable and transparent shipping for every order.
1. Delivery methods
Wheellow ships its orders via the following carriers:
- La Poste – Colissimo Home Delivery
- Mondial Relay – Pickup Point
The available options may vary depending on the delivery country and the contents of the shopping cart.
2. Delivery Zones
We deliver to the following areas:
- Metropolitan France
- European Union
- International (excluding the United States)
3. Free delivery
Free delivery is offered for orders over €70 shipped within Europe.
Below this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of payment according to the carrier and the country.
4. Delivery times
The following delivery times are indicative and may vary during periods of high activity:
- France: 2 to 7 business days
- Europe: 3 to 8 business days
- International: 5 to 10 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.
5. Order tracking
All orders have online tracking . You can view it from:
- The shipping confirmation email
- Your Wheellow customer account
6. Delivery problems
If your package is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible at service@wheellow.com . We will open an investigation with the carrier.
7. Returns & Cancellations
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.
To exercise this right, simply contact us by email:

We will then inform you of the return procedure.
7.1 Return Conditions
- The product must be new, unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging is recommended to ensure safe transport.
- Products that have already been assembled or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.
7.2 Return costs
- If the error is Wheellow's fault: free return (label provided).
- If the error is due to the customer (e.g., incorrect compatibility): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Products not eligible for returns
The following products cannot be returned:
- Products damaged after use
- Products assembled or installed by the customer and showing signs of wear
- Products without their original condition or contents
9. Refunds
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the order.
10. Payment methods

- Shop Pay
- Klarna (payment in installments)
Prices can be displayed in different currencies, but the final charge is always made in EUR . Shopify automatically handles the conversion.

12. Disputes & Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact our customer service department in order to find an amicable solution.
If no agreement is reached, the consumer can contact the approved mediation body free of charge:
